Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 days, providing the item/s are in stock.

We have carefully selected Royal Mail, DHL and TNT as our delivery partners, providing a prompt, reliable and secure delivery service.

The most appropriate delivery option will automatically be selected dependant upon the shopping basket contents.

All services require a customer signature.

Approx delivery times:
UK orders 1 to 7 days
EU orders 3 to 14 days
Rest of World orders 5 to 28 days

International Orders
Orders received from outside the EU may incur Customs Duty. This is the responsibility of the person paying/receiving the merchandise. Absolute Authentic have no control over these charges.

Returns
If an ordered item is found to be defective in any form we will give a full refund and pay return postage costs. We will give refunds in accordance to your legal rights. Please contact us before returning any items.

We do not operate a refund policy for unwanted gifts or if you have changed your mind. We may however accept returned items for an exchange subject to availability. The returned item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition. In this instance the customer is responsible for shipping/packaging costs.

The Customer must return the item via recorded delivery as Absolute Authentic cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss regarding returned items.
